Cancellation Policy

To Reschedule you can rebook up to 30 minutes prior. Cancelations are also accepted up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the session (local time- central). Any cancellations within 30 minutes prior to the session, or No-Shows for a session are charged against your purchased package set and are not credited back to your account, and they are non-refundable if paid as a single session. There are no exceptions to the policy. We have the most liberal cancel/reschedule policy possible for your ease of use. Urgent issue? Email info@ebbflowstudio.com Purchased single sessions will credit back to your card used if cancelled in accordance with the policy. It takes about 3 days to credit back. For any issues with refunds, email info@ebbflowstudio.com. Packages purchased are non-refundable.
