Flexibility Flow Yoga
Flexibility Flow Yoga -- A restorative class that improves flexibility, relieves soreness, and promotes relaxation. This is the perfect class to ease sore muscles and promote deep rest. (60 min)
Barre Sculpt -- A total body burn using the ballet barre. We will sculpt the entire body using high rep pulse movement synced to music. (60 min)
We are doing this one in yoga socks or bare feet!
