We offer a variety of classes to meet your fitness needs. Moves are modified for different levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Just getting started on your fitness journey? Try Flexibility Flow Yoga.
For Live-Stream, our Fusion Classes will get you in shape through a mix of moves targeting toning muscles and strengthening your core, glutes, thighs, and more- and there is always a stretching session at the end.

Fusion Class!
Fusion Class brings together multiple elements of Barre, Pilates, Yoga, and advances it with HIIT infused training in a variety class that changes weekly- Check our Facebook Page tor all the details! Never boring, always great beats!

The blend will maximize your efforts! Live Stream is awesome fun- and it's live- so you can see the class participants, and be "in the room" while it all happens. Streaming weekly at 5pm central on Thursdays.

ON DEMAND
Flexibility Flow Yoga
Flexibility Flow Yoga -- A restorative class that improves flexibility, relieves soreness, and promotes relaxation. This is the perfect class to ease sore muscles and promote deep rest. (Generally 30 to 60 min)
ON DEMAND Barre Sculpt
​Barre Sculpt -- A total body burn using the ballet barre. We will sculpt the entire body using high rep pulse movement synced to music. (Generally 30 -60 min)

ON DEMAND Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates -- A low impact class focusing on the powerhouse. We will strengthen the core and glutes, and increase flexibility in the body. Generally 30 to 60 minutes
ON DEMAND
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga -- A fluid class linking breath with movement. This class is designed for all levels, and will incorporate standing and seated postures, balancing postures, back bending, and inversions. (Generally 30 to 60 min)
