RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending an event, engaging in a class, performing a class at home, registering for this website, becoming a Member with an account, and or/using our Services and products, including but not limited to videos and live-streams produced by Ebb & Flow Studios LLC, you have agreed and consented to this Waiver.

Yoga and fitness classes provide great benefits, but only you know your own body and limits. Like any exercise, please consult your health care professional with any questions or concerns before starting any exercise program. When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. Not all exercises in our videos are suitable for all persons. Ebb & Flow Studio, LLC, which includes all teachers, trainers, videos, classes, website, affiliated channels (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and all related social media), programs, marketing materials, and all accompanying materials are not liable for any injury, accident, or health impairment befalling any participant, viewer, or user of these programs, or any individual utilizing the techniques suggested in the classes or videos. You use at your own risk. 

Ebb & Flow Studio, LLC is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. You are solely responsible for consulting a health care professional to determine if this is right for you.

Ebb & Flow Studio, LLC makes no representations or warranties with regards to the completeness of information on this website or any linked websites, classes, books, videos, apps, or other products represented herein.

I understand that yoga includes strenuous physical movements. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and seek medical attention promptly, and will not return to use of Ebb & Flow Studio LLC until I have medical release.  I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.  Waiver includes illness, injuries, and mental health or bodily function and physical damage to property or other parties occurring in the course of use of any and all Ebb & Flow Studio LLC products. This is including but not limited to, exposure to any and all pathogens, viruses, and/or infection including COVID 19 and variants.

Yoga and fitness classes are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Yoga and fitness classes are not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By using any and all products of Ebb & Flow Studio LLC, I accept accountability solely that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will not participate if I have a health condition for which this program is not advisable and will consult my physician. If I am pregnant, become pregnant, or I am post-natal or post-surgical, or post injury, my use of the product verifies that I have my physician approval to participate.

I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga or engage in fitness activities and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Ebb & Flow Studio, LLC, the location in which I am participating, and all instructors.

I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. Acceptance of terms and conditions is voluntarily and automatically attached by attending a class or event, or by using products, services, videos, streaming, and instructors of Ebb & Flow Studio LLC, and recognize that this serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in Wisconsin and any state of the United States of America in which I am participating in classes, videos, and products.

Classes and videos include activities related to Yoga, Barre, Pilates, recipes, general instruction and physical fitness.  All activities I perform related to products, classes, videos, and other associated items are covered by this waiver for Ebb & Flow Studios, LLC and its locations.
