Consent of Use of App

By downloading the WIX SPACES APP, and the EBB & FLOW STUDIO GO App, you agree to the terms of service of WIX, and you understand the risks of personal information on Apps.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY FUNCTION, COMPONENT, OR FEATURE OF THE APP, OR DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS CONSENT, REMOVE THE SPACES BY WIX APP FROM YOUR DEVICE AND REMOVE THE EBB & FLOW STUDIO GO APP FROM YOUR DEVICE. 

 

WE PROVIDE NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE WITH REGARDS TO THE APP OR PERFORMANCE OF WIX.  WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY RELATED DEVICES, OR THE SECURITY OF DATA OR ACCESS TO DATA ON ANY DEVICES YOU DOWNLOAD THIS APP TO.  DEVICES AND DEVICE SECURITY ARE SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.  PERFORMANCE AND BEHAVIOR OF AN APP AND ITS ACCESS TO DATA ON YOUR PHONE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND YOU ACCEPT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE APP, APP LOGIN, APP PERMISSIONS, DATA, USE, PRIVACY, AND SECURITY, AND ALL RELATED FUNCTIONS.

The App contains and transmits credit card information.  You accept liability for all data regarding payment and billing on the App.

The App stores PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and you accept liability for all your personal data on the App.

​

The App stores additional information such as class use history, registration for classes, email information, marketing and notification features, and other related content.  You consent to all the data use and features, and understand you are liable for that information on the App.

You have a profile on the App, which may include a photo likeness or other picture, your social media profile and other personally identifiable data.  You are accountable and consent to use of this data, including, but not limited to, showing that information to other App users registered for the App or other Wix Spaces Accounts.

EBB & FLOW STUDIO, LLC DOES NOT CONTROL OR MANAGE THE SOCIAL MEDIA INFORMATION OF PROFILE AUTHORIZATION FOR SHARING ON THE APP.  USERS OF THE APP MUST CHANGE THIS SETTING ONCE THE APP IS DOWNLOADED. 

 

You can turn off sharing of your social media profile in the Ebb & Flow Studio Go App yourself, by changing the status of sharing of this feature. Ebb & Flow Studio takes no responsibility in how you use or control privacy on the App.  It is solely your responsibility to share or not share your profile with other members.  IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR PROFILE VISABLE TO OTHERS YOU MUST TURN IT OFF.
